Membership & Dues

Any owner of property on or near Deer Lake is welcome to join the Deer Lake Property Owners' Association. Membership runs the calendar year.

2026 dues: $20 per household

That modest $20 helps fund milfoil control, water-quality testing, road cleanups, support for the fire department, community events, the newsletter and calendar, and the Association's insurance and operations.

• Pay online: add “2026 Annual Membership Dues” to your cart in the DLPOA store and check out — pay 2026 dues online.
• Pay by mail: send a check payable to DLPOA to DLPOA, PO Box 250, Loon Lake, WA 99148.
• Pay in person: at the Annual Meeting or the Pancake Breakfast.

Big Bucks Club

Members who contribute $100 or more join the “Big Bucks Club” (a nod to Deer Lake's name) and receive a little extra DLPOA swag as a thank-you. Your $20 dues count toward it.

Donations — Fireworks & General Fund

Donations above and beyond dues are always welcome. The 4th of July fireworks show is funded entirely by donations, and general-fund gifts support special projects around the lake.
